OxTalks is Changing
OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.

Experiment with Science Communication: Tips and Tales from the Pros
Interested in science communication? Want to hear from the pros? Join us for this one-off event where you’ll have the chance to pitch your burning sci comm questions to renowned science YouTuber and author Sergei Urban (DadLab), and award-winning science journalist, broadcaster and lecturer, Helen Briggs. Over the course of the one-hour Q&A we’ll explore different methods for engaging audiences with science, working with or in the media, and guidance for aspiring science communicators.
