Do Old Dogs Learn New Tricks? Development and Implementation of the Global Preferences Panel (GPP)
Many economic models assume that behavioural preferences such as risk are innate and unchanging over time. However, experimentalists have documented that preferences may be affected by experiences, mood, or even cultural norms. We propose to study the determinants and stability of preferences through the development of a multinational panel of CESS online subjects. We present the proposed hybrid randomized block design we intend to run in the first year of the GPP.
