OxTalks is Changing
On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

A celebration of transplantation in Oxford and of the professional life of Sir Peter Morris
We invite you to join us for a celebration of two notable events: the recent transplantation of the 5000th patient at the Churchill Hospital, and the life of Professor Sir Peter Morris, who carried out the first transplant in Oxford in 1975, and who died in October 2022.
During the morning, we will commemorate the professional life of Sir Peter Morris. This will be followed by a buffet lunch.
During the afternoon, we will celebrate the milestone of the 5000th transplant carried out in Oxford. This will be followed by afternoon tea.
