OxTalks is Changing
OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.
If staff have any questions about the Oxford Events launch, please contact halo@digital.ox.ac.uk
Our Mental Wellness: Coping with grief after a bereavement (via zoom)
When you register, please submit a question for the Q&A.
“Nothing is certain but death and taxes.” We will all experience grief at one point or another in our lives. It is the risk we take when loving another, but for some people grief does not settle and can continue to be prolonged, severe and disabling. In this talk you’ll learn about some of the key processes that can block the natural resolution of grief as well as some evidence-based suggestions for managing them.
