Chantal Thomas is the author of several bestselling works including two novels (Les Adieux à la Reine, which won the Prix Fémina, and L’Echange des Princesses) which have been made into successful films, essays on Sade, on Casanova and on Marie-Antoinette, memoirs and plays.
