Clinical psychologist, specialist in mental health in emergency
situations, one of the founding members of The Interdisciplinary
Master Program for Emergency and Disaster Management at the
Faculty of Medicine at Tel Aviv University, and member of the
National Mental Health Council – Rubinstein will consider current
debates in the field and offer practical suggestions for institutional
strategies based upon the successful treatment of civilians with Acute
Stress Reaction (ASR) in Israel
