The Symposium will highlight areas of stem cell research with trajectories towards treatments of diseases including metabolic disorders, neurodegeneration, musculoskeletal disease, heart failure and cancer.

The symposium will be held in the historic building of Oxford Martin School, University of Oxford. The lecture theatre (capacity 120) provides a spectacular venue with views over the Sheldonian Theatre, Balliol College, Trinity College, the Weston Library and the Museum of the History of Science.
