OxTalks will soon be transitioning to Oxford Events (full details are available on the Staff Gateway). A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. The exact freeze dates will be confirmed as soon as possible.

Innovation Leadership Programme (ILP) - core programme (in-person & online)
This core programme is delivered by an expert leadership team. In addition, separate bookable associated masterclasses take place through Michaelmas, Hilary and Trinity Terms.
This is a blended learning course - starting 12th May | 10:00-13:00 (in-person), then takes place 14th May | 10:00-14:00 (online), 16th May | 10:00-13:00 (online), final session on 23rd May |10:00-16:00 (in-person).
The Innovation and Leadership Programme (ILP) is designed for postdocs, lecturers and academics in scientific disciplines at the University of Oxford.
The 5-module core course designed and delivered by experts in leadership provides a blend of online materials, presentations and small group discussion sessions, and aims to develop enhanced skills and confidence in innovation leadership, managing stakeholders and teams, influencing skills and more.

Module 3: Visualising Success: setting goals and identifying success factors
Module 4: Managing stakeholders and teams; Coaching and mentoring for success
