OxTalks will soon be transitioning to Oxford Events (full details are available on the Staff Gateway). A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. Join us for a special evening with Ahmed Fouad Alkhatib, a Palestinian-American humanitarian activist, writer, and political analyst originally from Gaza, whose work focuses on advancing pragmatic, peace-centred Palestinian advocacy.
Alkhatib is the founder and executive director of Project Unified Assistance and a resident senior fellow at the Atlantic Council, where he leads Realign For Palestine and writes extensively on Gaza’s humanitarian and political realities. Drawing on both his lived experience, including the loss of 32 family members during the war in Gaza, and his academic background in intelligence and national security, Alkhatib advocates for non-violence, mutual recognition, and a viable two-state solution.
The event is for registered participants only, you will be asked to show a University Bod Card or other form of identification for non-university participants.
