OxTalks is Changing
OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.

In Conversation with Juan Manuel Santos, Former President of Colombia
The former President of Colombia, Juan Manuel Santos, will be in conversation with Professor Sabina Alkire, Director of the Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative. The Blavatnik School’s Dean, Professor Ngaire Woods, will moderate the discussion, which will be followed by a Q&A.
Former President Santos is a Visiting Professor of the Oxford Department of International Development. This event will be held in collaboration with the Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative, an economic research and policy centre within the Oxford Department of International Development.
