A seminar for parents, prospective parents, and line managers.

Learn more about the various family friendly policies at Oxford and the support on offer from your HR team; childcare options available to Oxford staff and students, as well as government supported childcare schemes; and recent changes to the returning carers fund including new eligibility for those taking shorter breaks. Speakers from the Medical Research Council (MRC), the University’s Research Strategy & Policy Unit, and Medical Sciences Division will also outline policies and initiatives to support those pursuing and sustaining research and teaching careers through the family years.
