Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. The two-week OxTalks freeze period starts on Monday 2nd March. During this time, there will be no facility to publish or edit events. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period. The Allies Book Club is a book club that seeks to allow its members to take ownership of their own education on race and racism. The club is a space for those who want to be allies to unpick their inherited racial biases and interrogate their own relationship with white supremacy.
