On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

Join an exclusive diplomatic event with H.E. Mr. Hakim Hajoui, Ambassador of His Majesty the King of Morocco to the United Kingdom, as he delivers a masterclass on the geopolitical contours and complexities of the Moroccan Sahara.
Despite decades of regional tension, His Excellency will illuminate the significant geopolitical shifts that have led to the restoration of peace and the affirmation of Morocco’s territorial integrity. This conflict of profound global importance—often overlooked in contemporary media and regional studies—deserves critical attention and deeper understanding.
Ambassador Hajoui’s distinguished presence offers a rare opportunity to gain insights into this changing international dynamic and the pivotal role of the Moroccan Sahara within it.
Following the presentation, His Excellency will engage directly with the audience in a question-and-answer session conducted under Chatham House Rules.
