OxTalks is Changing
OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.

Hagan Bayley and Katherine Coyte
Due to illness, Katherine Coyte is unable to present this evening. Hagan Bayley will still be presenting as planned.
Hagan Bayley has been doing tremendous research on transmembrane proteins for many years, with exciting new developments in nanopore DNA sequencing technology. He’ll be presenting recent work on precise 3D printing of tissue-like materials.
Katherine Coyte is a DPhil student with the Systems Biology DTC. She’ll be presenting her recent work on the ecology of the microbiome (science.sciencemag.org/content/350/6261/663?rss=1&ssource=mfr)
