The Gender Advantage: Building Inclusive & Thriving Ventures
The Bioescalator, EnSpire Oxford, and Advanced Oxford are delighted to host a panel discussion and networking event in celebration of International Women’s Day 2025.

​Panellists will discuss key topics related to gender diversity in startups, the ways diverse teams enhance business performance and drive innovation, and share insights on overcoming barriers, accessing funding, and building supportive networks.

​The event will consist of two chaired panel discussions and will take place at the BioEscalator (Old Road Campus) on Wednesday 19 March at 17:00 – 20:00.

17:00-17:30 – Arrival & networking
17:30-18:15 – Panel one: Driving Innovation: The importance of Gender Diversity in Startups (Chaired by Sarah Haywood, Managing Director of Advanced Oxford)
18:15-19:00 – Panel two: Women in Business: Challenges, Opportunities & Pathways to Success (Chaired by Sasha Graham, Inclusion Advocate and CEO of Equality Group)
19:00-20:00 – Networking
