State-dependent Choice under Uncertainty: A Behavioral Approach
Empirical evidence shows some puzzling results about repeated choice of independent lotteries which seem to violate basic economic principles and are usually interpreted as behavioral biases by the literature. I try to explain such phenomenon as a dynamic update of the agent’s risk aversion depending on past history.
