Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. The two-week OxTalks freeze period starts on Monday 2nd March. During this time, there will be no facility to publish or edit events. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period. Professor Van Strydonck specialises in radiocarbon dating and stable isotope research (13C/12C and 15N/14N). Since 1978, he has been responsible for the radiocarbon dating laboratory at the Royal Institute for Cultural Heritage (KIK-IRPA for its initials in Dutch and French, respectively), an institute committed to the inventory, scientific study, conservation and promotion of the country’s artistic and cultural property.
This lecture will be followed by a drinks reception.
