Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. The two-week OxTalks freeze period starts on Monday 2nd March. During this time, there will be no facility to publish or edit events. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period. We propose a solution concept in which each agent does not necessarily optimize but selects one of their top k actions. Our concept modifies Nash equilibrium to account for bounded rationality. We study the prevalence, axiomatic and positive foundations, sufficient conditions for existence, and an application of our solution concept.
