Find out about research and support to help people affected by Crohn’s and Colitis

On 29 April 2021 leading clinicians and scientists from the Oxford Translational Gastroenterology Unit will present on the latest research into the causes, treatment and monitoring of Crohn’s and Colitis.

Anyone with an interest in Crohn’s and Colitis is welcome to join this free online event, with short presentations and a Q&A session with an expert panel.

Who is presenting/on the panel:

Prof Ellie Barnes, Dr Oliver Brain, Prof Paul Klenerman, Prof Jack Satsangi, Sarah Sleet (Chief Executive CCUK), Prof Simon Travis, Prof Holm Uhlig, Dr Alissa Walsh, Lydia White, a patient/public representative and local dietician.

When you register you can submit a question for the Q&A in advance. You can also submit a question during the event.

If all 500 registered places for the Zoom Webinar have been booked, a link will be available here to view the event live on YouTube. We are sorry people watching via YouTube won’t be able to ask a question.

The event is a collaboration between the University of Oxford’s Gastroenterology Unit, the charity Crohn’s and Colitis UK, the NIHR Oxford Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) and the NIHR Clinical Research Network Thames Valley and South Midlands.

Please note: The panel will answer as many of the questions as possible on the evening. We are sorry that questions about personal care cannot be answered.
