Developed by Professor Goutham Rao (Case Western Reserve University)—a practising physician, researcher, author, editor, and writing instructor—Writing for Wellness offers a unique opportunity to alleviate stress, exhaustion, and burnout through the power of writing. Initially crafted for healthcare workers, this workshop is now available to everyone seeking mental and emotional relief.

In this introductory session, you will enhance your writing skills, delve into personal projects, and discover the deep connection between writing and well-being. Professor Rao will share his personal journey with writing, along with exercises from his Words for Wellness group at Case Western Reserve University, showcasing the remarkable benefits participants have experienced over the past year.
