OxTalks is Changing
On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

Join Walter Isaacson (1974), renowned author, biographer, journalist and professor, for an engaging discussion on what can be learnt from the greatest innovators in history, as part of our series of anniversary celebration events.
Walter Isaacson is the bestselling author of biographies of Leonardo da Vinci, Steve Jobs, Benjamin Franklin, Albert Einstein, Jennifer Doudna, and most recently Elon Musk. He is a professor of History at Tulane University and was CEO of the Aspen Institute, chair of CNN, and editor of Time. He was awarded the National Humanities Medal in 2023.
