OxTalks is Changing
Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. From now until the launch of Oxford Events, new events cannot be published or edited on OxTalks while all existing records are migrated to the new platform. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period.
From 16th, Oxford Events will launch on a new website: events.ox.ac.uk, and event submissions will resume. You will need a Halo login to submit events. Full details are available on the Staff Gateway.
Building the IDEA Community
Join us on 11 May 2021 for an evening of collaborative discussion as we continue to build the IDEA community.
IDEA is a new initiative from the University of Oxford, designed to tackle the key challenges and inequalities faced by groups currently underrepresented in enterprise and industry across the world. This first set of IDEA initiatives aims to Empower, Inspire, Connect and Upskill more female leaders, business founders and pioneers.
The theme for this event is ‘support’ and we would encourage everyone to ‘ask that question you’ve always wanted to ask’ in a nurturing environment. The event will officially end by 8pm, but the call will stay open until 8:30pm if you want to stay and chat with others.
