OxTalks is Changing
OxTalks will soon be transitioning to Oxford Events (full details are available on the Staff Gateway). A two-week publishing freeze is expected to start before the end of Hilary Term to allow all future events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. The exact freeze dates will be confirmed on the Staff Gateway and via email to identified OxTalks users.

Equity by Design: ‘Our Children, Our Responsibility’ - Policy and Practice Recommendations for Developing School Inclusion and Reducing School Exclusion in England
The England Excluded Lives team, based at the University of Oxford, have worked with partners from the Association of School and College Leaders (ASCL), the National Association of Headteachers (NAHT), and the Local Government Association (LGA) to produce policy and practice recommendations around developing school inclusion and reducing school exclusions in England. The recommendations in Equity by Design are based on research findings and professionals’ experience of schools.
This panel discussion will highlight the policy and practice implications of the paper and respondents will comment on feasibility and where further development is needed.
