OxTalks is Changing
OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.

Join Oxford International Relations Society and Oxford Diplomatic Society as Ruqayya AlBlooshi shares “10 Values Across Two Decades in Public & Private Sectors” — a personal and insightful session reflecting on lessons, challenges, and the mindset that shaped her 20-year journey in leadership.
Ruqayya Alblooshi is the Executive Director for International Relations at the Prime Minister’s Office of the United Arab Emirates, Ruqayya is responsible for building strategic partnerships between the UAE’s government bodies and international organizations such as the World Economic Forum, UN, OECD, WTO, IMF, WIPO, and the African Union. Her skills in collaboration and relationship building have strengthened these partnerships through joint programs, agreements, and representations across all platforms.
