OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.
If staff have any questions about the Oxford Events launch, please contact halo@digital.ox.ac.uk
Held as part of the Centre for Teaching and Learning’s ‘Maximise your digital productivity’ series, this session is for academics, staff and students who are interested in improving their digital productivity.
This session will present easily accessible technologies that can help students be more productive while studying. These tech tips and strategies will be helpful to all who feel they are struggling to keep up with all their reading or find it hard to produce academic writing on time. It will also suggest approaches and tools to organising academic work. It will focus on easily accessible free or cheap tech tools that can save time and improve the quality of their work. Most of these tools and strategies will be useful for anyone wishing to improve their productivity.
