A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. Con Coughlin is Defence and Foreign Affairs Editor at the Daily Telegraph and a world-renowned expert on the Middle East and global security issues. He is the author of several critically-acclaimed books, including Saddam: The Secret Life and Winston Churchill’s First War: Young Winston at War with the Afghans. He also writes for The Wall Street Journal and The Atlantic Monthly.
