Evening Talk: Ada Lovelace: The Making of a Computer Scientist
Ada, Countess of Lovelace, is sometimes called the world’s first computer programmer. Professor Martin discusses how a young woman in the 1800s acquired the expertise to become a pioneer of computer science.

Due to popular demand this is a repeat of Professor Martin’s talk in September 2018.
