This documentary tells the story of theatre director Daniel Mesguich’s slightly crazy idea: put on his favourite play, Hamlet, in Chinese, with young actors from Mongolia at Shanghai Theatre Academy, and all this within a month. Ellénore Loehr followed him and filmed this extraordinary adventure of sharing and creation until the day before the first show.
