OxTalks is Changing
OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.
If staff have any questions about the Oxford Events launch, please contact halo@digital.ox.ac.uk
Engaging Policymakers: Translating your research into policy and practice
This event offers research students and researchers a valuable opportunity to glean insights from key policymakers in Nigeria regarding the effective translation of research evidence into policy.
Join the Global Parenting Initiative, DSPI Oxford and key Nigerian policymakers Prof Fatima Waziri-Azi and Dr John Ovuoraye for a hybrid seminar delving into strategies for researchers to effectively engage with policymakers, disseminate research findings, and foster collaborations that bridge the gap between research evidence and policy development.
Lunch to be served for in-person attendees.
This event is supported by the Oxford Policy Engagement Network (OPEN).
