Russia's Information Warfare in Theory and Practice [on Zoom]
We are delighted to invite you to our third event of Michaelmas 2022, which will take place on Tuesday, October 25 on Zoom at 7:00pm.

Dr. Bilyana Lilly is currently serving as the Director of Security, Intelligence, and Geostrategy at the Krebs Stamos Group. Prior to this role, she was a fellow and adjunct researcher at the Rand Corporation where she led teams focused on Russian cyber threat actors, information warfare, election cybersecurity, disinformation, machine learning for text analysis, and nuclear capabilities. She also served as the manager for Information Warfare, Russia, and Ransomware at Deloitte. She is a mentor and speaker at DefCon, CyCon, the Executive Women’s Forum and the Warsaw Security Forum and has worked at the United Nations and the Brookings Institution. She is the author of the books “Russian Information Warfare: Assaults on Democracies in the Cyber Wild West’‘ and “Russia’s Foreign Policy toward Missile Defense.” She has a PhD and three master’s degrees, including a master’s degree with distinction from the University of Oxford in Russian, Central European, East European, and Eurasion Studies.
