Refugia: Book Launch
Join us for the launch of Refugia: Radical Solutions to Mass Displacement by Robin Cohen and Nicholas Van Hear, University of Oxford, with a discussion, chaired by Dace Dzenovska, Associate Professor in the Anthropology of Migration. The discussion will be followed by a drinks reception.

Combining social science fiction, utopianism, pragmatism, sober analysis and innovative social theory, the authors address one of the biggest dilemmas of our age – how to solve the problems arising from mass displacement. The authors have initiated an openly pro-refugee vision that all can help to shape. Written in a clear and direct style, this book will appeal to scholars, students, practitioners and an informed public ready to engage with this pressing issue.

Copies of the book will be available for purchase at the event for a reduced price of £15 (cash only).
