What is the next generation of digital television? How will it be managed? And, more generally, are the principles of business management applicable to new digital organizations?
Professor Eli Noam will kick off a discussion on these questions, building on two of his most recent and complementary books, entitled ‘Managing Media and Digital Organizations’ and ‘Digital and Media Management’.
This workshop will begin around the themes of these two books, initiated by a brief summary of Professor Noam’s major points and conclusion, with a focus on online TV.
This will be followed by questions and comments by respondents, and a discussion with the audience, moderated by the session’s chair, Principal of Green Templeton College, Professor Denise Lievesley.
