On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

On the 8th-16th July, Nikon will be hosting in-person demos at the Cellular Imaging Core Facility in the Centre for Human Genetics. These will be focused on our latest solutions for high-throughput and high-speed imaging for a wide range of applications from live cells to organoids, to advance your research:
1. Nikon AX point-scanning confocal for high-throughput, high-speed imaging and the new NSPARC super-resolution detector: a complete versatile, gentle, and easy-to-use solution for your research microscopy.
2. New Eclipse Ji automated benchtop microscope, with AI-driven assays and analysis, simple automated imaging, and world-renowned Nikon optics to achieve high quality, quantifiable data from your samples.
In advance of these demos, on Thursday 20th June, we are hosting a hybrid seminar with breakfast to introduce the technologies and answer your questions. This will be in Meeting Room B at the Centre for Human Genetics, Old Road Campus, Oxford and on Teams (link will be supplied following registration).
