OxTalks is Changing
On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

Clarendon Lectures May 2023: Poetry's Nature 'The Imperceptible, or Wilderness'
The 2023 Clarendon Lecture series will be given by Professor Susan Stewart (Princeton University) on the following dates:
17 May 2023: “The Bird in Glee”: On the Non-semantic
18 May 2023: The Seasons: Paradigm of Lyric Time – for this lecture, attendees are encouraged to read/re-read William Cowper’s “Yardley Oak” beforehand.
23 May 2023: Motion and Turn: Ways of Water – for this lecture, attendees are encouraged to read/re-read Percy Shelley’s “Mont Blanc” beforehand.
24 May 2023: The Imperceptible, or Wilderness
