OxTalks is Changing
Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. From now until the launch of Oxford Events, new events cannot be published or edited on OxTalks while all existing records are migrated to the new platform. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period.
From 16th, Oxford Events will launch on a new website: events.ox.ac.uk, and event submissions will resume. You will need a Halo login to submit events. Full details are available on the Staff Gateway.
Research & Non-Research Pathways after a DPhil. (Drs Jen Southcombe, Wei Zhang, Michelle Potter, Tiffany Lodge, Karl Morten, and Adele Winsey from the Nuffield Department of Women's and Reproductive Health).
A talk aimed at students and research staff. We will discuss progression pathways for academics and options beyond academia. We will highlight available resources for information and support within the University. And we will hear from staff from the Nuffield Department of Women’s and Reproductive Health with science backgrounds who have gone on to pursue both academic and non-academic careers. Come along and hear how they did it, what advice they would give and answer any questions you may have. The hope is that the session will be interactive and generate discussion between the panel and audience.
