Building Belonging: Disability and Culture
An online discussion for all where you can hear about the lived experiences of disabled staff in the workplace.
In this University of Oxford, inter-departmental and cross-divisional seminar, panellists will consider how ableism has impacted their career progression, how to discuss disabilities in the workplace, and tips to support disabled colleagues. There will be an opportunity to ask questions.
The session will be chaired by Emily Hotine (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager, Nuffield Department of Surgical Sciences) who will be joined by three speakers:
