Cuckoos vs Hosts – an Evolutionary Arms Race
The Tinbergen Society are delighted to present Professor Nick Davies FRS, world-renowned behavioural ecologist, to Merton College to speak on the subject of his greatest work: cuckoo and host coevolution. As recipient of the Frink Medal, the Hamilton Prize and the Croonian Medal, and as author of defining scientific and popular science texts, Nick has built his reputation as one of the leading researchers in his field.

Nick will give a talk on what he has learned over his 40-year career as a field naturalist, with an opportunity for the audience to ask questions relating to his field. His talk will be followed by a Q&A session.
