Motor planning and motor learning in health and disease
Three topics will be discussed: First, the link between cognition and movement will be addressed through studies on planning of trajectory shape and imitation in healthy subjects and patients with apraxia. Second, the vexed issue of long-term memory for motor skills. Finally, recovery from stroke and how it relates to motor learning.
