Dissecting the crossroads of circulating and tissue-resident T cells in solid tumours
Dr. Lladser is a Biochemist with a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from Universidad de Chile. He did his post-doctoral training at the Cancer Center of the Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, Sweden. Since 2010, Dr. Lladser directs the Laboratory of Immuno-oncology at Fundacion Ciencia & Vida and since 2019 he is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Medicine of Universidad San Sebastián. He is currently the Director of the Scientific and Technological Center of Excellence Ciencia & Vida (FB210008) from ANID. He is Principal Investigator of a FONDECYT Regular grant and co-investigator in several collaborative projects. His research focuses on unravelling the complex molecular and cellular networks that underlie effective T cell-mediated anti-tumour immunity by analysing human samples using high-dimensional transcriptomics and phenotypic analyses, as well as ex vivo functional assays and in vivo tumour models.
