OxTalks is Changing
OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.
If staff have any questions about the Oxford Events launch, please contact halo@digital.ox.ac.uk
Exploring Human T cells and TCRαβ repertoire at the single-cell level
As part of our ongoing exploration of Data: Opportunities and Challenges, this webinar will focus on two interlinked topics at the intersection of immunology and AI:
Introduction to huARdb – A user-friendly online platform for exploring single-cell TCR-seq datasets and annotated TCRαβ repertoires across diverse conditions.
Integrative Mapping of Million-Scale Human CD8 T Cells – Insights into large-scale analyses of CD8 T cells in cancer and inflammatory diseases, showcasing how multi-dimensional data integration can reveal functional patterns and clinical relevance.
Join us as we delve into how data-driven approaches are transforming our understanding of human T cell recognition of antigens.
