An intermediate-level training session on the available functionalities of the HALO image analysis platform

Due to the popularity of the introductory session to the Halo image analysis platform, the Oxford Cancer Centre is facilitating an intermediate-level Halo training session, hosted by indica labs.

On the Tuesday 9 June 2020 between 10 am – 12 pm, indica labs will be providing a virtual training session via Webex.

This intermediate training webinar will include the below topics:

- Multiplex FL, IHC and RNAScope modules – AI tissue classification functionalities and how to get the best result – Setting up and using TMAs
