A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. Perspektiva is inviting you for an event this Thursday at 5pm with Martin Galstyan, the governor of the Central Bank of Armenia, who will talk about Armenian monetary policy in uncertain times, delving into the implications of global economic trends, exchange rate management and inflation targeting strategies.
The event consists of a 30 minute talk, followed by a 30 minute Q and A.
Galstyan holds a postgraduate degree from the John F Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and teaches several courses at the American University of Armenia.
