Business process automation refers to the use of technology to execute recurring tasks or processes in an organisation where manual effort can be replaced. It is done to minimize costs, increase efficiency, and streamline processes.
In today’s session, Andrew Edge from Simpson Associates, will be talking to us about how business processes can be transformed to make them more efficient using robotic process automation.
