OxTalks is Changing
Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. From now until the launch of Oxford Events, new events cannot be published or edited on OxTalks while all existing records are migrated to the new platform. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period.
From 16th, Oxford Events will launch on a new website: events.ox.ac.uk, and event submissions will resume. You will need a Halo login to submit events. Full details are available on the Staff Gateway.
2021 Disability History Month Workshop
This is a hybrid event
To acknowledge Disability History Month between the 18 November and 18 December the History Faculty Disability Working Group has organised a student-led workshop showcasing the research undertaken by students in the Faculty.
Afterwards there will be tea and coffee in the Common Room which will be the perfect opportunity to socialise and ask the speakers more about their research topics.
The five student speakers will be giving short papers covering a variety of research topics ranging from childhood experiences, blindness and the long-term effects of chemical warfare and there will be plenty of time for questions.
We hope to see many of you there for what should be a very interesting workshop!
There are limited in-person spaces so book early to avoid disappointment.
