A Third Path: Corporatism in Brazil and Portugal
Melissa Teixeira is assistant professor of history at the University of Pennsylvania. She is a historian of Brazil and Latin America, with a focus on economic and legal history. Teixeira received her Ph.D. in History from Princeton University and also holds an M.Phil. in Economic and Social History from the University of Cambridge and a B.A. in History and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to her arrival at Penn, Teixeira was a postdoctoral Prize Fellow in Economics, History, and Politics at Harvard University. Her first book A Third Path: Corporatism in Brazil and Portugal was published with Princeton University Press.
