OxTalks will soon be transitioning to Oxford Events (full details are available on the Staff Gateway). A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. The exact freeze dates will be confirmed as soon as possible.

Preparing for Online Recruitment Assessments
This session reviews the wide variety of online tests that students frequently encounter in application the processes and how to best prepare for them. The session will consider the main types of psychometric tests used:
Tests of ability: verbal, numeric and abstract reasoning tests
Situational judgement tests,
Critical thinking analysis tests
Games based assessment tests
