On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

Join us for a two-part Nestworking event designed to help early-stage entrepreneurs, particularly those in deep tech, understand what makes a successful co-founding team and how to build one intentionally.
Part 1 — Interactive Session (90 mins):
Led by Ellie Turner-Coughlin, this session explores the dynamics of co-founding, what defines a successful team, who your right co-founder is, and how to maintain strong, trust-based relationships with your co-founding team and early members. You’ll walk away with practical insights to assess compatibility and navigate the partnership intentionally and sustainably.
Part 2 — Nestworking Mixer (90 mins):
Right after the session, join us for pizza, drinks, and open networking. This is your chance to put new insights into action, connect with potential co-founders, and begin shaping future collaborations.
Whether you’re a researcher with an idea, a founder searching for a partner, or an entrepreneur curious about building lasting startup teams, this session will help you form the foundations of meaningful, high-performing partnerships.
