OxTalks is Changing
OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.

Surgical Grand Rounds - Global Surgery
Dr Soham Bandyopadhyay will speak on ‘Reducing childhood mortality and morbidity from injuries in Tanzania and Zimbabwe’.
Dr Dennis Mazingi will discuss ‘Childhood injuries in Zimbabwe: surveillance, risks and prevention’.
The Chief Medical Officer has confirmed that attendance at the Surgical Grand Rounds can count toward internal CPD, with 1 point awarded per hour. Please note that in-person attendance is required, and you will need to sign the attendance register.
