A high-level discussion on the environmental implications of artificial intelligence and its role in shaping sustainable development strategies.

The session will be moderated by Amir Lebdioui, Director of the TIDE Centre, University of Oxford.
Together, they will examine how AI intersects with sustainability and development—highlighting both the environmental costs of digital expansion and the potential of AI to support climate solutions, green industrialisation, and policy innovation.
