Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. The two-week OxTalks freeze period starts on Monday 2nd March. During this time, there will be no facility to publish or edit events. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period. Join us online for the annual Vincent Strudwick Lecture, to be given by the Revd Canon Professor Keith Ward asking ‘Is there a future for Religion?’
The Revd Canon Professor Keith Ward FBA graduated in philosophy from Cardiff University, and in theology from Oxford. He then taught philosophy at the Universities of Glasgow, St. Andrews, and King’s College, London; he was Dean of Trinity Hall, Cambridge, then Professor of the Philosophy of Religion at King’s, London, and Regius Professor of Divinity at Oxford. He is currently Professor of the Philosophy of Religion at Roehampton University, and a Fellow of the British Academy.
